Refund Policy

At Future Life Care, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility:

• Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer can return the product with the original receipt.
• Product must not be used for more than 25%.
• Refund is valid only in case of product defect.
• Defective products can be replaced within 15 days from purchase.

Refund Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team via phone, email, or online form.
2. Return Shipping: We will provide return shipping label or instructions.
3. Refund: Once the returned product is received, refund will be processed to original payment method.
4. Deductions: GST, packaging, and courier charges will be deducted.
5. Repeat Purchase: Future return claim is invalid if product is purchased again.
6. Health Issues: In case of health problems, product can be returned with a doctor’s certificate verifying that the issue was caused by the product. Refund will be processed after verification.

Exceptions:

• Final Sale Items: Not eligible for refunds.
• Damaged or Used Products: No refunds for extensively used or damaged items.
