Eligibility:
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer can return the product with the original receipt.
- Product must not be used for more than 25%.
- Refund is valid only in case of product defect.
- Defective products can be replaced within 15 days from purchase.
Refund Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team via phone, email, or online form.
- Return Shipping: We will provide return shipping label or instructions.
- Refund: Once the returned product is received, refund will be processed to original payment method.
- Deductions: GST, packaging, and courier charges will be deducted.
- Repeat Purchase: Future return claim is invalid if product is purchased again.
- Health Issues: In case of health problems, product can be returned with a doctor’s certificate verifying that the issue was caused by the product. Refund will be processed after verification.
Exceptions:
- Final Sale Items: Not eligible for refunds.
- Damaged or Used Products: No refunds for extensively used or damaged items.
