4. LEGAL & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Distributors shall:

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- False income claims
- Fake product testimonials
- Unauthorized medical claims
- Pyramid or money circulation schemes
- Fraudulent transactions
- Cross recruitment
- Manipulation of genealogy structures
- Fake registrations
- Multiple IDs under one person
- Defamation of Company or leaders
- Harassment or intimidation
- Misuse of Company branding
- Unauthorized advertisements
- Spam messaging or unethical promotions
Violation may result in:
- Suspension
- Termination
- Commission forfeiture
- Legal proceedings
The Company reserves sole authority to determine violations.

Distributors shall not:

- Claim products diagnose or treat diseases unless legally approved

The Company shall not be responsible for unauthorized product
claims made by distributors.
8. INCOME REPRESENTATION RULES
Distributors shall not:
- Promise guaranteed income
- Show unrealistic earnings
- Use misleading income screenshots
- Misrepresent compensation plans
- Present business as investment schemes
All earnings depend on:
- Individual effort
- Product sales
- Team performance
- Business skills
- Market conditions
The Company strictly prohibits deceptive income marketing.
9. SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL CONDUCT
Users using social media, websites, WhatsApp, YouTube,
Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, or other digital platforms shall:
- Maintain professional communication.

- Avoid abusive or defamatory content.
- Respect intellectual property rights.

The Company reserves the right to demand removal of objectionable

Distributors shall:
- Respect customer privacy.
- Provide accurate order information.
- Avoid pressuring customers.
- Respond professionally to customer concerns.
- Follow refund and cancellation policies.
Customer complaints arising from distributor misconduct
may result in disciplinary action.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS
Users shall maintain confidentiality of:
- Distributor databases
- Team structures
- Business strategies
- Pricing information
- Internal documents
- Software systems
- Compensation structures
Confidential information shall not be copied, disclosed,
sold, or misused.
Violation may result in legal action.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

- Training materials
- Videos
- Marketing materials
remain exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Users shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or misuse

13. NON-DISPARAGEMENT

- Damage Company reputation intentionally
- Encourage negative campaigns against the Company
Constructive concerns should be raised only through official

- Pandemic situations
- Political disturbances
- Technical breakdowns
During such events, Company operations and compliance
procedures may be temporarily affected.
18. MODIFICATION OF CODE
